And you think parking is out of control where you live? The only thing I find curious is that they are using air guns. Serbia isn't exactly known for its lack of violence. The menacing air-gun, hardly the tool I would choose to vent my psychotic frustrations about parking with. If you want non-lethal, use a paintball gun. Feels about the same to the victim, but is much messier, like a video game!
